The Facebook page for Sanctuary just announced that Sanctuary will not be premiering alongside Stargate Universe on Sept. 28 (Tuesday) but will instead wait about 2.5 weeks Oct. 15 (Fridays) to premiere.SyFy announced that it will host wrestling programs on Fridays effectively killing SCI FI Fridays. Friday programming was then all moved to Tuesdays prolonging some shows (mid)season breaks.
Is this going to be a first step to reclaim SCI FI Friday? The announcement about wrestling was not very positive. friday was always premiere night for the Stargate franchise and Sanctuary as well as SyFy's latest hit Caprica.
