The Loser of the month idea did not go over very well because I was accused of being too Left in my choices. SO I have decided something new that might be better than the other section.
Censorship in the web is becoming a very big problem. My school district (KCK USD 500 ) is showing that blocking can go overboard. Almost everything is now blocked.
This section will not show my views very often but will show the views of other people that I know. Some who want to tell their stories about the blocking and some who want to voice their opinions for or against.
I also urge the School districts to send me a message about their views on the subject.
If anyone comes up on a site that is blocked, please send me an e-mail with the screen cap of the blocked site.

My school is like that too! It's ridiculous and slows the entire server down to the point it's ridiculous to attempt any sort of extensive research in school. I was pleasantly surprised to find out they seemed to miss both twitter and blog spot or blogger in their spree of censorship... They managed finding a reason to block PBS for god's sake!!!
after a year they got twitter. Also they block blogger and I have to request an unblock for it.
well thats a bitch.
