Light Rail In Missouri if passed will have the city plan and build a light rail system as a method of public transportation.
Proposition A In Missouri would increase the tax on casinos by 21%, giving the increased revenue to Missouri public schools. In return, it would eliminate the $500 "loss limit" currently in place for the casinos (meaning that someone in a casino can't buy more than $500 in chips or tokens in a two-hour period). It would also limit the number of casinos in Missouri to the ones already built or being built.
