366 In 366

Welcome to 2012! I could go on about how this year is going to be great and will change everything. But to be realistic. Probably not.
Instead of setting some crazy goal like many are (lose weight, stop smoking, be a better person, blah blah blah) I am compiling a list of movies. Good, bad, indifferent. 366 Movies to be exact. 366 Movies for 366 Days in the year of 2012. By my calculations that is 1 movie a day.
Why am I posting this to Blogger?
Blogger, You are about to be inundated with movie posters and “synopsi?”. for each movie I am watching. Don’t freak out and I am sorry in advance. The post time will be the time I am starting the movie. Usually ending at 11:15 or midnight due to the fact I am participating in Stargate rewatch.
Simple, sweet. Wanna participate? Shoot me a message for my list, or create your own! (It’s not easy, trust me.) and don't forget to label with "366n366"

Stargate Rewatch

Note: This article was written in March but was not posted until after the event started.

The Stargate franchise is officially over. That is the sad news I have come to bear.

THE GOOD NEWS!
Gateworld, An online (mega) fan base of Stargate fans and ultimate resource guide for all things Stargate, announced that they will be hosting a "rewatch" event Starting August 1st. (well July 31st really) The objective, watch one episode of Stargate every weekday, watching one season of Stargate a month. This endeavor will take over a year since this encompasses the entire Stargate franchise. The idea is to have fun watching one of the most successful science fiction franchises on television. Not simply to watch it, but to experience the series, and perhaps get some of your friends into it as well. Gateworld also suggested being social in your viewing. Like Gateworld on Facebook and follow Gateworld on Twitter and you are set. Post when you are watching the episode on twitter using the hashtag #SGRewatch and Gateworld + The Stargate fan universe will know that you are preparing on one of the most daring fanventures i have heard of.

The schedule is as follows
